2008
The story begins with the fashion brand Elena Luka, founded with a clear mission: to create a platform that connects Macedonia’s rich design culture with global trends.
2015
After establishing Elena Luka as a synonym for quality, innovation, and leadership, its bold vision quickly expanded beyond fashion. This led to the founding of the construction company ELENA LUKA HOME, marked by the launch of its first residential project: ELENA LUKA HOME - LUXURY HOMES. ELENA LUKA HOME – LUХURY HOMES!
2017
Encouraged by its early success, Elena Luka Home continued to establish itself as a visionary and leader in the construction sector. In June 2017, the residential project LIVING LARGE was unveiled, part of the eco-friendly complex EL HOMES - ECO HOMES, which introduced modern solutions and sustainable standards to urban living.
2018
In October 2018, the company enriched its portfolio with the opening of BUSINESS HOMES, a mixed-use development that combines functionality, prestige, and a prime location.
2019
In April 2019, ELENA LUKA HOME launched TWINS, a mixed-use complex recognized for its modern design and architectural symmetry.
2021
In April 2021, the company inaugurated CONNECT 5, a residential development offering contemporary solutions for connected and dynamic living.
2022
Following a series of successful projects, in June 2022, ELENA LUKA HOME presented the premium FUTURA Complex, with the opening of FUTURA - a symbol of modern architecture and innovative design.
2024
In October 2024, ELENA LUKA HOME proudly opened CONNECT 5+; yet another proof of the company’s vision and leadership in the construction industry.
